How do I reset my password / having issues accessing the app

If you are having issues logging in, it's sometimes best to reset a password. 

Also for security reasons, it's best to reset your password every few months.

Also if your account belongs to an organisation that uses CPDme / CPD Teams, you may not always have a password.  In this case again, simply request a password and the app will generate a secure login.
