This is a security feature added to our system for when our users leave their computers unattended with their CPDme login on.
However, if you prefer, this can be disabled by you. Simply login into your CPDme account and click on your name in the top right corner of your dashboard, and then click on Settings.
The "security" area will be on the right side, and you will be able to enable and disable this feature. After making the changes, click on the green button at the bottom.
if you choose to disable this security feature, you will need to ensure that you always manually log out from your CPDme account when finishing your CPD work or when leaving the device unattended!
The IT teams are working on a fix to disable this while you are watching a webinar, but we know that sometimes you may get disturbed and potentially leave the dashboard logged in.
