I am not receiving certificates after watching live webinars?

The likely reason is you are registering for webinars using a different email address than the one linked to your CPDme account.

If you register for webinars using your other email address, certificates will be sent automatically within 24 hours of the webinars. The team aims to have the certificates issued to its Premium/Platinum members by 11 am (UK time) on the following day of the live webinar.

Please let us know if you would like to change your email address and we will quickly get this sorted for you.

The best way to avoid this is by always registering for our webinars from our CPDme App or from the web Dashboard.
