Why is My PDF Evidence Not Appearing in My Portfolio?
If your uploaded PDF evidence is not displaying in your portfolio, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1️⃣ Unsupported PDF Format – Your file may be in an outdated format that our system does not recognize. To fix this, you can easily convert your PDF using an online tool like iLovePDF before reuploading it.
2️⃣ Corrupt or Broken File – If your PDF appears blank or won’t open, the file may be corrupted due to the software used to create or convert it. If you're unsure, contact our support team, and we may be able to help you resolve the issue.
3️⃣ Multi-Page PDFs – Our system is designed to preview only the first page of a PDF. If your document has multiple pages, don't worry—you can still access the full file via the digital link in your completed portfolio. This helps prevent large files from overwhelming your portfolio.
