Preview or print problems with my CPD Diary or Reflections

Sometimes you may have problems previewing or printing from the preview option of the CPD Dashboard in the entries section.

This is sometimes caused by copying and pasting from a Microsoft / Word document onto the CPD Diary form. Microsoft has hidden code that also gets copied across that causes issues with our PDF generator.

A simle and quick way around this is, if you are copying from a word / Microsoft document do this:

1 - Open your Word Document / Microsoft Document 

2 - Copy the text you wish to move to the CPD Diary Form / Reflection

3 - Paste this into a text cleaner such as - https://textcleaner.net/ or download Get Plain Text (Mac) and clear any formatting.

4 - Copy the text directly then into the Diary / Reflection form with the formatting removed

This should fix the preview or print issue.
