This is something that we cannot really control, as most of the time it's up to your email provider. However, we have a few steps that you can follow to find the confirmation email (and help us fix this issue)!
Gmail Emails
If you use a Gmail email (or googlemail), please check all the mailboxes that Gmail has (Inbox, Spam/Junk and Secondary/Other inbox (on your browser) or check on "All mail" (if you use their mobile app).
To help us fix this issue for future members, please mark our emails as NOT SPAM.
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner, then select See all settings.
- Navigate to the tab labeled Filters and Blocked Addresses to access information about your existing filters, and select Create a new filter.
- Enter the emails or domains you want to add to the Gmail whitelist into the From section.
- Click Create filter to confirm.
- Put a mark next to Never send it to Spam to add this address to the Gmail safe sender list.
- Click Create filter again to save settings.
For the Gmail mobile app
- Open the Gmail app.
- Navigate to Spam or Junk folder.
- Click on the message you wish to view.
