How do I send certificates to the members of my CPDteams Corporate System?

As a CPDteams Corporate System, you have the option to have your own certificate on your CPDteams Corporate System, and when you do your own internal events, you can send this certificate to the members of your CPDteams Corporate System.

This can be a certificate that you already have or a certificate designed by our team.

To use this tool, please log in on your CPDteams Dashboard (only members marked as "Managers" or "Super Users" will be able to issue certificates).

Once logged in, click on "Certificate" in your Organisation Management section.

On the "Certificate Type" please select the certificate (you may have more than one design, so pick the one you want to use).

Please complete all the below fields (this may vary, depending on the dynamic fields that you have requested). If you have the "Web Link" field, please insert the full URL (eg. https://www.cpdme.com)

Download the example file. This is where you will put all the attendees' names and emails for your event. Please ensure that there are no spaces at the beginning or at the end of the emails.

Once the CSV file has been uploaded, click on "Preview" and check that the information is correct, if you are happy with all the information, click on "Send Now".

if you see this symbol "�" on your Attendees list, please open the CSV file and look for their attendee and check that their name or email does not have any special characters.

If the certificate fails, you will get this message. Please re-open your CSV file and edit any incorrect email on it.

If this was successful, you will get this message on the top right corner of your screen.

Once the green message appears, the system will automatically send all the certificates to the attendees, they will get an email and an automatic CPD entry will be generated on their CPD entries. Depending on the number of attendees, this sometimes can take up to 10 minutes.

The title of the entry will be the "Event Title" that you have entered above.
